With a small team of designers, I explored a variety of design options with tight turnaround times—working through all the use-cases of the branding by testing colors, fonts, shapes, and graphic elements within a variety of applications and sizes.

The logo was designed by Pentagram, so the team and I worked through options for a vibrant, colorful and long-lasting color palette that would be a strong pairing.
At the beginning, nothing was set in stone, so our goal was to test, iterate and come up with the best solutions for all the core branding such as typography, graphic elements, avatars and iconography.
As the team and I worked through the use-cases of the brand, we worked through and iterated on a wide range of collateral. This list of branded collateral includes totes, large billboard signage, pens, nail files, event banners, name badges, laptop stickers and business cards.
For both internal and client facing presentations, we built a branded master template deck that could be used in a variety of ways depending on the needs. Bringing the decks into Google slides was the best platform for teams to use simultaneously and created the most effeciencies. Starting in Google slides allows the user to save the presentation down to any format, should they need to use PowerPoint or Keynote.
Each year, vendors on The Knot are eligible to win the Best of Weddings and Hall of Fame Awards. These branded items are sent to the pro to use in their brick-and-morter storefronts and digital assets are also provided for them to showcase on their website and social channels.
